To place a repair, use the service locator, as shown below.
We are listing a network of
independent parts and service centers that are experienced in repair service for
generators or engines.
To find Gillette Service Locations, enter your Zip Code within USA, then select either "Portable Sets" or "Standby Sets". Upon completion, click on "Find Locations". You will view a wide assortment of Gillette generator service companies, all within your search criteria location. Select the service company nearest you and contact them by phone, fax, or e-mail. Also, you may wish to contact us and we will call the service location of your choice, to help in repairs.
HOMETOWN SERVICE: Gillette has listed over 400 service centers thru-out the USA, Hawaii, Alaska, and the Caribbean Islands that have experience in all makes of portable generator repairs. However, an occasional service or parts requirement may arise in an area where we have no immediate repair center. We never intend to send you to a repair or warranty center that is not within 50 miles of your location. If this occurs, please contact us. With your help, we will select several repair stations from your local yellow page listings. We will call this repair center, and request assistance for you, then help (by phone) on the repair procedures, and authorize warranty repair, if this is so indicated. We like to call this special feature, "YOUR HOMETOWN SERVICE".
